Xscape Tulum was a delightful retreat in the heart of Tulum. the room was well-equipped with free WiFi and a safe, ensuring a comfortable stay. the friendly staff, especially Jafed at the front desk, provided exceptional service, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's amenities, including a beautiful outdoor pool and bicycles for rent, added to the overall charm of the property. We enjoyed the peaceful garden and the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. the attention to detail, such as the designer toiletries in the private bathroom, showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Exploring the area was made easy with the tour desk and the convenient location near Tulum National Park. the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a nice touch, ensuring a stress-free departure. Overall, Xscape Tulum offered a relaxing and memorable experience that I would highly recommend to fellow travelers seeking a taste of Tulum's tranquility and hospitality.
